The Home Made stoneware round bread baking cloche gives your bread a crisp, crunchy crust every time.

The unglazed stoneware cloche is like a mini version of traditional bread-making ovens. The domed lid traps steam and maintains an even internal temperature for bread with a crisp crust and light middle.

Lightly dust the inside of the cloche with flour and place your dough in it for the second prove. Then pop it straight in the oven to bake.
