A set of 4 robust steak knives inspired by Corsican Shepherd’s knives. Each knife has a unique tattoo, designed by Henk Schiffmacher himself, with a recurring Niho Mano (shark teeth) pattern. The knives have a razor-sharp stainless steel blade, a burr walnut handle and are delivered in a luxury gift box. 

At a young age, butcher’s son Henk Schiffmacher learned to appreciate a good, sturdy knife. “Back in the old days, you had your own knife. You carried it on you for your whole life and you used it for literally everything. It was yours. I want to bring back this feeling”. In this exclusive set, Henk’s passion for the butcher’s trade, tattoos, and cuisine come together.

The set consists of four robust steak knives, each with a unique and recognizable pattern. Natural wood provides an authentic appearance – no knife is the same. To embrace this authenticity, each knife has its own Polynesian inspired tattoo designed by Henk Schiffmacher himself. Four different tattoos but each knife has a set of shark teeth in its sharp blade.
