EU Destinations

Our partner for logistics, UPS, delivers the packages to your door in Europe within 4 – 6 business days. Upon request an express delivery is available for a small additional fee (next day delivery), inquire for the possibilities.

Please note that for countries like Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway, local taxes and duties apply. These have to paid on arrival of the goods and are not included in the amount that you pay at our website i-rewardshop.com (or any other of our web shops).

The amount may vary from country to country. We advise you to contact the relevant local Duty Offices before you would make an order.

If your order will not be picked up or delivered at your address , the logistics company will abandon your order. It will not be possible to redeem the costs of your purchase.

Destinations Outside of the EU

To most worldwide destinations our forwarder, UPS, has service within 5-7 business days.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by i-goods.eu (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
