It will have your return label in the attachment, and it will also have information about how to arrange for UPS to collect your return. The amount of credit will be <i>deducted with the costs of returning the products <\/i>unless we have confirmed otherwise.<\/p><p>It is important that the product will be sent back in its entirety, including all of the accessories that came with it. That includes manuals, cables, documentation and warranty documentation. In short, everything that was in the box.<\/p><p>In order to ensure we receive the product in the same condition that it was in when you sent it, we recommend that you always save the original packaging. The original packaging was designed specifically for the product, and as such reduces the chances of the product being damaged in transit. <b>i-goods.eu<\/b> is required to provide a refund if the product is returned in new, complete condition during the trial period.<\/p><p>If, however, the product has damages that may be related to misuse or negligence, then<b> i-goods.eu\u00a0<\/b>may add a damage fee, which will be taken out of the refund. In order to avoid dispute, we therefore recommend that you keep the original product packaging for the entire duration of the trial period.<br \/>In some cases, i-goods.eu will accept the return and then deduct the costs of the damages from the refund of the purchase price.<\/p><p>Should our Support\u00a0department reach the conclusion that the product has been used too intensely or has clear marks from use that couldn\u2019t be caused just by unpacking it, then<b> i-goods.eu<\/b> may add <i>a damage fee<\/i> that will be deducted from the refund. Should you rather keep the product, then you may choose to do so and we will return it to you.<\/p><p><b>A 14-day trial period<\/b> comes with every product ordered at<strong> i-goods.eu.<\/strong> The period starts when you, the customer, have received the product. After the end of 14 days the purchasing agreement becomes a fact and this cannot be withdrawn.<\/p><p>It is important to be careful with the product and the packaging during the trial period, should you decide to return or exchange it for any reason. You may open the product and inspect it\u00a0only to the extent required to assess whether you wish to keep it.<\/p><p>A 14-day trial period and a <b>DOA (Dead On Arrival)<\/b> period of 7 days apply to every product ordered at i-goods.eu The difference between the 7-day DOA period and the 14-day trial period is that if the product fails within 7\u00a0days of receipt, it can be replaced immediately with a new product. Our logistics forwarder will inform us after the refusal.<\/p><p>If you accept a package\u00a0and you will\u00a0find out later that it has been damaged in transit, you can return it to us. Please send us the information, preferred with photo\u2019s.
